This winter transfer window was one of the busiest in Premier League history, with almost £400 million spent.
A number of clubs reinforced their squads with quality players, but it was Manchester City who accounted for almost half the money spent.
The new signings will be eager to make their mark during the second half of the season in arguably the most competitive league in the world.
Fans saw some expensive acquisitions such as Uzbekistan international Abdukodir Khusanov and La Masia product Nico Gonzalez joining City, while attacking reinforcements in the shape of Donyell Malen and Marco Asensio were brought in by Aston Villa.
These stars will be supported and helped to settle by their wives and girlfriends, many of whom are new faces to the league.

Indira Ampiot – Mathys Tel (Tottenham)
In a shock U-turn on deadline day, Mathys Tel finally agreed to join Tottenham on loan from Bayern Munich, where he lacked playing time due to the fierce competition in the Bundesliga side’s attacking line.
The 19-year-old forward – who reportedly was also negotiating with Manchester United and Arsenal – did not come alone to London and brought Miss Universe 2024 top-30 contender Indira Ampiot with him.
She is one of the most famous models in France, gaining recognition after winning the national prize in 2023.
Rumours about Ampiot’s relationship with the Spurs newcomer emerged at the end of 2024 amid reports from Germany that she was spotted attending Bayern’s games and sharing Instagram Stories of the pair.
Earlier, it was understood that the model wanted to pursue Communication Studies in Paris. However, these plans have probably changed since Tel’s departure to Tottenham.
Ampiot is also clearly interested in fashion and tourism, sharing pictures on her Instagram page with 435,000 followers.

Vanessa Martins – Willian (Fulham)
The 36-year-old Willian completed a shock return to the Premier League as he joined Fulham as a free agent after prematurely leaving Olympiacos in December 2024.
His wife Vanessa Martins might not be a new face for Arsenal and Chelsea fans, but we could not avoid describing her brilliant profile.
The couple dated for four years before tying the knot in 2011 – during the winger’s time at Shakhtar Donetsk – and they have twin daughters, Manuella and Valentinia.
Vanessa was born in Brazil, is older than Willian by six years, and is a qualified lawyer and businesswoman, as she is the founder of WV digital agency.
On her Instagram, she regularly publishes family pictures, and it seems that they like to travel throughout the world. Willian and his family have travelled to several places in France during recent years.

Delisha Malen – Donyell Malen (Aston Villa)
Donyell Malen moved to Aston Villa in the middle of January after a month-long saga between the Birmingham club and Borussia Dortmund due to disagreements over a fee for the Dutch player.

The Premier League side ultimately improved their initial offer to £21million, which could grow up to £27.7m depending on Malen’s performance and agreed add-ons.
The former Arsenal academy player will be accompanied by his wife, Delisha Malen, with whom the forward has been dating since he was in youth teams.
Despite not many details being known about Delisha, including when the pair married, it is known that she graduated in 2019 from a business school in Eindhoven, while also holding a make-up artist qualification.
The pair have a child together, and when Donyell completed his move to Birmingham, Delisha shared a picture on her Instagram page, writing: ‘So blessed. Proud of you and ready for our next chapter’

Adriana Escala Prio – Nico Gonzalez (Manchester City)
The La Masia academy product shocked the world when Manchester City announced his signing from Porto for £50.2m. The Premier League champions aimed to bolster their squad following a disappointing first half of the season, and managed to get Gonzalez through the door just in time.
The Spaniard – set to add quality and ball control to the Citizens’ midfield – will have his transition to England made easier because he will move with his girlfriend, Adriana Escala Prio.
Very little is known about Nico’s girlfriend, except her Instagram account, which has over six thousand followers, revealing that Adriana is from her boyfriend’s hometown, Barcelona.
She regularly posts pictures of her horse and two-year-old dog on social media pages.
Adriana finally posted a photo with Gonzalez after the Spaniard’s 4-3 win in the Portuguese Super Cup against Sporting Lisbon as the midfielder scored a crucial goal in the 64th minute.

Isabella Alvarez – Vitor Reis (Manchester City)
Man City had been searching for defensive reinforcements throughout the entire transfer window, and this resulted in the completion of the signing of Brazilian wonderkid Vitor Reis from Palmeiras.
The expectations are high around the 19-year-old player, who joined for a fee of £29.4m and is widely regarded as one of South America’s most talented youngsters.
He will be supported by his girlfriend, Isabella Alvarez, who was spotted at the Etihad Stadium during the 3-1 win over Chelsea last month.
Even though the Brazilian did not make his debut, his partner shared a TikTok video of her preparations ahead of the game as she was wearing the Cityzens’ shirt.
She captioned the clip with: ‘The match day of my boyfriend.’ accompanied by a blue-heart emoji.

One reason the youngster has chosen to stay with Los Millonarios might be his girlfriend, Melissa Fernandez, who also plays for River Plate’s Women’s team.
She made her debut in November 2023, as a defender with the number three on the back of her shirt.
Even though her Instagram page is private, she boasts an impressive number of followers of 99,300.
However, Echeverri shared last year that the couple spent their time together on holiday in Aruba, an island country in the southern Caribbean Sea.

Anotida Makove – Marshall Munetsi (Wolves)
Wolves have significantly improved their chances of remaining in the Premier League as the team completed three significant signings – including defensive midfielder Marshall Munetsi from Stade Reims for £15m.
In addition to his former team-mate Emmanuel Agbadou, the 28-year-old will be accompanied by his wife Anotida Makove, with whom he married at the end of 2022.
