A man living close to where a woman was shot dead said he was making a bottle for his infant child when he heard the gunshots.
Calum Williams lives a few houses from the incident in Talbot Green, Rhondda Cynon Taf, and described it as “scary”.
“We’re trying to get out of it now,” he added.
A 42-year-old man from Talbot Green has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
