One user, called Leah Luna said on X: ‘Why is no one talking about the fact there is a bean shortage in@Tesco ??? I want ma beans’.
Another user, Glenn Smith asked the supermarket: ‘@Tesco what’s happening to your range of own brand tinned beans. Nothing is in stock and for the last few weeks?’

The supermarket giant has told MailOnline it is experiencing some temporary availability issues on a small number of its own brand bean lines and apologises for the inconvenience caused.
It pointed out though that brand baked beans in tomato sauce are unaffected by this.
