Former Glamorgan and England coach Matthew Mott is to rejoin the county in a part-time role from April.
He will be in charge of coach development at the club.
Mott was in charge of England’s limited-overs side between 2022 and 2024, steering them to victory in the 2022 T20 World Cup before results declined.
He previously had three years at Glamorgan between 2011 and 2013, taking them to the final of the YB40 Trophy in his final year.
“Alongside his other cricketing commitments, Matthew will work with all of our coaches from professional to pathway level focusing on talent ID, mentoring and improving coaching practice throughout the Club,” said Director of Cricket Mark Wallace.
