The dancer, 21, and Love Islander, 32, raised eyebrows with their bond in the house, before spending their first weekend out of the house enjoying ‘Sunday massages’ and walks in the park – after JoJo dumped partner Kath, 28, at the CBB wrap party.
And now Chris has finally shared a post about his time on the ITV show in a reflective post – which was accompanied mostly by snaps of him and JoJo.
He penned in the caption: ‘This dump comes with a message of gratitude for everyone’s love and support over the past month. Lots of amazing memories, and an experience of a lifetime I shall keep close to my heart.
‘Thank you so much for some really sweet messages the past week, I appreciate them a lot and they gave me a feeling to be thankful for.
‘Special shout out to everyone in the house, you made the ride a journey, friendships to last a lifetime, you all know who you are! So many moments to cherish. Also, thanks to the @bbuk production team for the seriously hard work you put in!’

The first snap was of him and JoJo playing tennis after they hung out together the first weekend after the show – while another showed them having drinks and in a group shot with Chris’ pals.
The post came just a few hours after JoJo revealed exactly what happened during her break-up with Kath in a new bombshell tell-all interview.
The Dance Moms star claimed that her Australian influencer ex, 27, asked for a business class flight home and accused them of breaking boundaries that were set before she entered the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Appearing on The Viall Files podcast on Wednesday, the star talked through exactly what went down, as well as claiming that Chris was not the reason for the split.
When asked about the break-up, which Kath said happened at the CBB wrap party, JoJo explained: ‘Out of respect for another human in the situation, they have asked me not to speak about it or them.
‘I told them that’s going to make me seem avoidant of the situation and I’m not avoidant of the situation. Obviously a lot of people think that Chris has something to do with it.
‘Chris does not have absolutely anything to do with it. Chris and I are friends, we have a very great friendship. It’s a very special bond unlike any friendship I’ve ever created but my situations are completely unrelated and that kind of got misconstrued.’
‘And that’s hard because it’s kind of feeding a false narrative. They [Kath] said I broke up with them at the wrap party. That’s not entirely the story. The story goes, they had mentioned to production they did not want to come to the wrap party. I said all good, I’m gonna go.’

She recalled: ‘It’s not their environment and that’s so fine, whatever, but I’m gonna go and have a great time and I want to meet all the crew and everybody’s going and it’s a big deal.’
JoJo said production had provided hotels for the cast and their families and she had planned to spend some time alone after the bash to ‘formulate her thoughts’ before speaking to Kath.
She recalled: ‘I’m already having all these crazy thoughts and I need to formulate them. I need to talk to mom and I need to be alone. I need to look at my phone, I need to see what’s going on and realise what I’m feeling.
‘I’m not in a place to talk, I’m in a place to have a fun, cute opening conversation but I’m not in a place to actually talk yet.
‘And so I was honest about that and I mentioned to them look I know you don’t want to come to the afterparty but I’m gonna go and then I’m gonna go to my hotel, I’m gonna go on my phone so why don’t you go to yours and we’ll reconvene tomorrow morning.
‘That upset them rightfully so, they wanted to be with me but I knew I wasn’t in a place for that. They didn’t wanna go to the wrap party but they wanted to come to the hotel. I was just like I’m not.’
She explained that the pair separated for the evening and Kath started driving to the hotel and left JoJo to enjoy the wrap party.
However, she then got notified by a member of the welfare team around an hour in that Kath had changed their mind and was asking what ‘the mood’ is like at the bash as they were considering coming.
JoJo explained: ‘I took his [member of the welfare team’s] phone and filmed a video of the party.
‘I said it’s not really your scene but if you would love to come then come. Then something else happened – I got told something else they didn’t want and it kind of made me feel like okay this is very strange, I really don’t like this vibe right now.
‘When they got to the party they had huts for us so we started to have a conversation, a chat before we go over there. And that conversation started immediately, I was gonna lead the talking then they led the talking and all I’m saying to every question they ask is ‘I don’t know’.
‘Are you this? I don’t know. Are you that? I don’t know. Are you happy in our relationship?’
‘All of a sudden we’re having it [the conversation] and we’re at the wrap party for Big Brother, I’m getting cussed out. I understand why they’re coming at me and why they’re angry but I also keep reiterating that I’m not in a place to talk.’

She continued: ‘By the sixteenth time somebody asks you are you happy, do you wanna end things you’re just gonna spew your guts and I honestly said if you ask me tomorrow I don’t know my answer, if you ask me now my answer is yes.
‘Then that obviously was taken as yes and it was a yes and whatever. They didn’t wanna be alone so I said come to the hotel and we can continue talking.’
JoJo was then asked about the boundaries between the couple and what they had expected from each other while being apart.
The dancer revealed: ‘I know from me there should have been no questioning, especially around the boundaries of our relationship. I straight up said what are your boundaries [before she went in the house].
‘And I had a few boundaries for them while we were in the house and they actually did proceed to break those boundaries I will say that.
‘That’s something that, it wasn’t big enough for me to care about but it’s something that I specifically asked, hey for the twenty days just can it with a few conversations and those conversations actually picked up more. They had in person ones as well.
‘That for me was like okay, I’m ending things anyway, it’s just another reason, another piece of pie on the plate.’
She continued: ‘It’s really hard to speak on because we had a mutual agreement to cool it for a second. We broke up for these reasons and you know that.
‘Kath posted a video basically alluding that Chris was the reason we broke up and that’s not the case. It’s not the truth.
‘They know that and I know that so they were going to post their video again but say they did give some misleading information, JoJo and I have talked a bit more.’
JoJo added: ‘Following them saying they would make that statement, I also was going on a morning show the next day with Chris and we were going to shut the rumours down and say we’re just friends.
‘But in regards to my ex now, the conversation I had with them was that they were gonna re-do their video and give a little more context and then they asked me to not speak about them.
‘The only reason why I’m okay to briefly speak about them is that they reposted their video and gave no context and then continued to let their friend go off on social media trying to spread the same misinformation.’
‘It’s gotten deeper and that’s why I’m okay to speak on my behalf out of protection for myself and for Chris.
‘But I also don’t wanna speak about them because that’s their request was to kind of leave them out of it.’

She then dropped the bombshell that Kath allegedly asked for a business class flight home.
JoJo said: ‘You don’t get to have it both ways. You don’t get to ask me for a business class flight home and then do that, when I already got you a plane ticket home.
‘I said you posted the video again, you didn’t give any context. I don’t feel comfortable asking my team to do that right now, it’s a mess and we had a long talk about it not being a mess anymore and it’s a mess.
‘I think there’s just so much information out there, that would not be the right thing to do right now.’
Recalling the moment she saw that Kath had posted the 13-minute long video on social media, confirming the split, JoJo admitted she was as ‘shocked as everyone else’
She recalled: ‘I was on the phone with my mom and I saw the video and I’ll be genuine I did not watch it [the full thing].
‘I understand wanting to share your truth and that’s the exact thing I told my ex. If you would like to share what happened and how do that but please do not lead to the false narrative that’s already out there.’
‘There’s so many reasons why my breakup happened – Christopher is not one of them. If you’re gonna share the story, share the story.
‘Don’t paint it out to look like I cheated on you with him because I did not. I will nail my feet into the ground and stand on that ground. I did not, have not, will not.’
Kath gave their version of events in a social media video the day after the wrap party.
Kath, who had been dating JoJo since November, said: ‘Hello internet. I don’t even know where to begin. I am filming this in a complete state of shock.’
They continued: ‘I honestly feel so numbed out right now and disorientated that I feel like the only thing I have to do in this situation is to finally address it after two weeks of sitting back watching certain things unfold and not being able to get any clarity from the person who it involved.
‘I guess in an odd way, I don’t know whether to call it love bombing or whatever but it seems to me I have experienced a version of that.
‘Being told I am the love of someone’s life, being asked to marry them before this social experiment.
‘Being adored throughout behind close doors. Being hurt by what I saw but wanting to work through it and have a conversation and get clarity.’
Detailing how JoJo called time on their relationship, they explained: ‘I guess I feel further humiliated.
‘In the last eight hours I flew here and I went to the live show to show up for my partner and support them in their experience and then later on address my feelings of hurt and work through them.
‘Before I could even get back to the hotel I went to the afterparty with my, I guess now ex, crazy thing to say, and was dumped at the party.
‘I was told that there are ‘confused feelings there’ take from that what you will and that they had realised in the house that I wasn’t the person that they wanted to spend the foreseeable’.
On Wednesday, JoJo left fans in a frenzy as she revealed she’s missing the UK and is planning a return ‘soon’ after growing close to Chris on Celebrity Big Brother.
During an appearance on ITV’s This Morning on Monday, Chris said his and JoJo’s bond is ‘hard to explain’, but you could describe it as a ‘soulmate friendship’.
JoJo, who returned to her Los Angeles home on Monday, took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce she is missing the UK and could be on her way back soon.
The Dance Moms star posted a series of pictures of herself outside LAX airport, captioning the post: ‘Back home, running off of 20 hours of sleep total post leaving the house.
‘Missing the U.K, may have news of going back soon.
‘In the mean time back to work, not supposed to really say this yet but ready to start my next music video rehearsal literally tomorrow hahah. Feeling exhausted but so grateful’.
All of the speculation about a possible romance between JoJo and Chris has sent fans wild, with many desperate to know exactly what the situation is.
JoJo and Chris, nevertheless, have insisted their relationship is platonic after sparking speculation with their close relationship in the house.

On This Morning, the pair confirmed their relationship as a ‘platonic soul mate friendship’ following weeks of speculation.
Host Ben Shephard asked if she wanted anything more, to which JoJo said: ‘Look, he’s a great guy. It’s platonic. We have a lot of fun together. I don’t know the future, whatever life does, it will do.’
However, despite Chris telling hosts Cat Deeley, 48, and Ben, 50, that the pair shared a strong bond, body language expert Judi James has said he is already ‘feeling awkward’ and trying to ‘pull away’ from ‘besotted’ JoJo.
She told MailOnline: ‘The body language during this first ‘couples’ interview suggests this is a reality ‘no-mance’ with Chris in particular gently but carefully uncoupling professionally, and maybe also emotionally, from JoJo, who shows some signs of wanting to remain in their bliss-bubble a little longer’.
Judi also pointed out Chris, who was sat closest to the hosts, mirrored their body language to ‘define himself on their team’ and not with JoJo, who was at the end of the sofa looking up at him ‘like a child trying to get attention’.
‘Chris’s attention when JoJo did get it involved a patting of her leg, which was a parental-looking signal to calm down as he turned his attention fully back to the presenters’.
