A number of business units have been destroyed in an overnight fire in Inverness.
Emergency services were called to Fairways Business Park at about midnight on Saturday. There are no reported injuries.
Properties including a baker and a hairdresser were razed and a burnt-out car could be seen backed into the units.
Police vehicles remained at the scene on Sunday. A cordon was in place around the site with smoke still rising from the buildings.
An indoor go-kart centre and golf driving range at the business park appear to have avoided damage.
Police Scotland said inquiries were ongoing into the circumstances and urged the public to avoid the area.
